Neighborhood: The Castro

Gig: Associate Producer, City Arts & Lectures

Where would you have your last meal on earth? With husband and friends at Tartine Afterhours , devouring Samin Nosrat's soulful food that's so good I can still find room for it between Tartine bread and dessert.

Where do you get your local gossip? My mom.  I once confronted her after reading in the paper something I'd told her. Her reply: "You didn't say it was off the record."

Why do you love your neighborhood? The countless hilltop parks.  They're wild and craggy and my romantic husband proposed on one.

What local merchant have you been meaning to check out? Past Perfect because the Scout Living collection from Erin & Stefan is the taste I aspire to.

Where do you go to relax and get away from it all? The gym. No one from my real life is there and the Top 40 hits, black lights and complete lack of nature make it feel almost subversive.

What would you change about SF? The homelessness.  I'm so grateful for organizations like The Tipping Point who are making a difference.
