What event will we find you at this week? Tuesday at California College of the Arts (Hooper 1 Bldg., Room GC2) — Eric Yahnker, guest speaker. Saturday at Guerrero Gallery for "Sad Sacks," Ryan Travis Christian and "Sound and Shape," Chris Duncan.

Where would you have your last meal on earth (and what would you eat)? My mom's house or at my grandma's house. Refried beans, handmade tortillas, carne asada, and Mexican rice.

Who's your favorite quintessential local character? Adam 5100, Cesar, Andrew Schoultz, and Tim Diet!

What's your go-to date place? Ha, I haven't been on a date in forever. And if a girl gave me a chance, I wouldn't know where to take her.

Why do you love your neighborhood? It has some really quality food spots, great galleries, and diversity. I can have a connection to the locals ... I'm Mexican.

What's your favorite San Francisco institution? Mitchell's Ice Cream! They never disappoint, and it's on my way home if I take a little detour.
