Neighborhood: The Mission

Where does everybody know your name? On the streets of the city, until I cut off all my hair.

What's your most embarrassing SF moment? My face in the middle of an erotic cake at Bender's on my 30th birthday.

What event will we find you at this week? This weekend I'll be checking out a sneak peak of friends Brion Nuda Rosch and Lindsey White's new work at Baer Ridgeway Exhibitions on Sat., Sept. 3.

Where would you have your last meal on earth? In the middle of a set by Thee Oh Sees with an Anchor Steam beer ice-cream float.

Who's your favorite quintessential local character? Philippine-born Creativity Explored artist Peter Cordova . Ask him about politics.

What's your secret spot in town?  Audium for its '70s sci-fi music, or the cardboard ass sliding Seward Street slides — they are so fast.

If you can change one thing about San Francisco, what would it be? I'd appropriate large dilapidated warehouses throughout the city, especially along the bay or Bayshore, creating a permanent physical land/space artist trust for artist, filmmakers, and musicians for generations to come.
