Haven't made it over to the Boothby Center for the Beverage Arts yet? Come out for The Bold Italic's Mixology 101 class where cocktail connoisseur H. Joseph Ehrmann will teach us the fundamentals of home bartending. 

In this two-hour hands-on class, we'll learn how to order, make, and serve up the best in traditional drinks. We'll construct (and imbibe!) 4 cocktails, using top-shelf spirits and natural, fresh ingredients, gaining useful knowledge along the way. 

H. Joseph Ehrmann is the co-founder of the Boothby Center for the Beverage Arts and owner of historic San Francisco saloon Elixir (listed as one of the "Top Bars in America" by GQ, Esquire, and Food and Wine). He was named 2010 Bartender of the Year (Nightclub and Bar Magazine).
