At this special preview dinner\, you'll sample B3’s unique\, “rogue” labels you won’t find elsewhere – small-batch wines Gato became familiar with while working at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon up in Napa Valley. It was there that he met chef Kevin Ahajanian\, also part of the B3 team\, who will provide a rich selection of burgers\, sausages\, salads\, and desserts for this dinner.\n\nB3 is set to open in early August\, but we’ll seat you before the rush on Monday\, August 2.
