Ella Lawrence refuses to be pigeonholed. She spends her free time teetering in heels around fancy wine bars in the Marina, squinting intently at a laptop screen while drinking too much coffee, or wearing sunglasses indoors to art openings in the Mission.

Ella received a degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California and speaks five languages. She can say, “Waitressing is a respectable profession” in all of them.
