Tony DuShane is the author of Confessions of a Teenage Jesus Jerk (Soft Skull Press 2010) and he hosts the radio show Drinks with Tony on Radio Valencia on Wednesday nights.

His weekly column, Bandwidth, runs every Thursday in the San Francisco Chronicle. He lives in the Tenderloin in San Francisco and likes taking long walks in his walk-in closet. His writing has been featured in The Believer, Mother Jones and bathroom stalls. His obsession for Nick Cave is borderline psychotic.
