About Ligaya

Ligaya hails from the cornfields of Iowa and is proud to be a child of the golden spaceships. Because of this she has a penchant for Buckminster fuller, and is also fond of red velvet cupcakes, live shows, climbing things, and things that grow wild. She attributes this to her Czech father and Taiwanese mother; her family is weird and awesome. Skills include doula baby catching, boa constrictor handling, community wrangling, grilling, and guzzling sazeracs. She moved to the Bay Area in 2004 and hopes to never leave.
