About Lauryn

After a year-long stint researching schools in South Korea, Lauryn found herself drawn to the West Coast. She spent her early days in San Francisco working towards educational equality as a teacher with Citizen Schools, a consultant at Teach For America, and a fundraiser at Education Pioneers.

As of late, you will find Lauryn spreading the good word of Scoutmob around town on her 1974 Schwinn Le Tour with mustaches in tow. In her free time she volunteers with the Wigg Party, organizes community bike rides with San Francisco Bike Party and supports Bikes & Beats, a philanthropic effort that brings musicians and bikers together to raise funds for local bike initiatives.

Lauryn's currently, but unsuccessfully, addressing a karaoke addiction.
