About Lizabeth
How long does it take to be a native in SF? Your life, but I give you five years here and if you're not out of here by the end, you won't ever leave. I've been here nearly 14, still learning my way around, yet I've felt like it's *my* city for a long, long time. Being an artist here is great. There are environmental, political, social, and technological inspirations all around. The art community is smaller than NYC or LA, but it is rigorous, engaged, and supportive. I have a tremendous amount of respect for my colleagues and artist peers in the Bay Area. We work hard and we rock.
