About Emily

Emily dropped into Stockton from Wisconsin via Paris and then wondered why she wasn’t in San Francisco. Once she was done being fleeced for the rest of her degree, she high-tailed it into town and more or less promptly began cashiering at Nijiya Market and writing freelance. While you can’t say her writing career panned in, it didn’t pan out quite enough either, so on to the next big thing, which ended up being pretty big, as it turns out. Ranked highly among her hobbies are novel reading and videogame playing, but most importantly, she’ll be fluent in Japanese someday.
